This immersive performance of Fanny Mendelssohn-Hensel’s imaginative piano cycle is the culmination of my ongoing fascination with Fanny Mendelssohn Hensel, and a celebration of the power of creativity.

This performance aims to celebrate the life and work of this composer and to recreate the spirit of her salon concerts by pairing selections from Das Jahr with participatory art making activities.
